Brew 1 heaped tsp per 6 oz. cup, for 4-5 minutes in water at 203 - 212 degrees Farenheight for best results.
1.5 oz bag makes about 12 - 15 cups of tea
1/2 lb. bag makes about 70 - 80 cups of tea
