About Pampour Couture
The goal is simple - to excel in customer service and to create luxurious, comfortable, beautiful, feminine and elegant clothing and sleepwear for the modern woman. I design each item with luxury, comfort, beauty, femininity and elegance in mind using the best fabrics and colors.
I started the company back in 2004 with the goal of designing and manufacturing women's high end sleepwear to compete with the most luxurious European brands. I always had a love for beautiful fabrics and couture workmanship. Working in the fashion industry for over 20 years, I developed my knowledge and skills in design, color, trend, and garment construction and fit.. I went to Paris and Lyon to source the fabrics and for the ultimate in luxury.
My love of sewing and fabric began at an early age. I used to sit and watch my Grandmother sew, and she taught me how to sew on her Singer treddle sewing machine. She used to say that I would choose the most difficult patterns. But I loved to coordinate fabrics to make beautiful, well coordinated outfits. This was back in the 70's. My other Grandmother gave me a beautiful 1940's long silk nightgown when I was about 16. When I put it on, I felt so very beautiful and that began the love affair with silk and lace! That is my hope for you as you wear my designs.

Easy Refund and Exchange Policies:
We want you to be happy with our products so we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price minus shipping and handling of in stock and made to order styles. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ITEM/S FOR CORRECT SHIP TO ADDRESS FOR RETURNS.
Simply return the item to us, folded neatly, in the original condition received (including product tags and packaging), and we will gladly give you a refund once the item is received at our warehouse in the original condition as it was shipped. Please be sure to insure your returned item while in transit with the shipping carrier. Returned items must be received by us within 15 days of receipt. (For Holiday gifts, gift purchases made between 11/20 and 12/25 are returnable/exchangeable through 1/10.)
Any clothing items must be neatly folded and unwashed and unworn (except for trying it on), and must have all tags still attached or there will be a 50% restock fee. Please return it in the clear plastic bag that it arrives in including a copy of the packing slip/invoice. Please indicate on the packing slip if you would like an exchange or a refund.
If a clothing product is returned without tags, or has been worn (except for trying it on), it can not be exchanged or refunded. Customer will be contacted and product will only be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Because custom made and made to measure items are made to your specifications, returns are not accepted on these items.
For Food Items
Teas are not returnable but please let us know if your are not satisfied with any product received.
Claims for any merchandise received damaged in transit must be reported to Pampour Customer Service within 3 days of receipt so claim can be filed with carrier.
The method of payment used for the original purchase will be credited.
Please note that although we promptly process returns, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for you to see the credit for your purchase (less shipping/handling cost) on your credit card bill.
In stock items will be shipped within 2 days unless otherwise specified. We usually try to ship within 24 hours. Please email us with any special shipping requests, we will try to accommodate as much as possible.
International orders are FOB New York Office, once the item ships from our Offices ownership transfers to the customer. Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes.
Rush Orders and Special Orders
We are happy to help our customers with rush orders and special orders. However due to the increased time and attention dedicated to these special requests, the following rules apply.
All "Rush Orders" and "Special Orders" will incur a non-refundable $25 handling charge. Returned "Rush Orders" that are returned according to our general return policy will incur a 50% restocking fee. Special orders are considered a final sale and therefore cannot be returned.
Promotions and Private Sales
If you have a coupon, please enter it at checkout. The box is at the bottom of the first checkout page just below where you enter your zip code and indicate the method of shipping.
Please understand that percent off coupons can not apply to sale merchandise or gift certificates unless otherwise specified.
We are required by law to charge New York sales tax to New York customers on all clothing and shoes costing $110.00 or more and on all non-clothing items.
We will ship internationally where possible. However, please note that any taxes, duties, brokerage fees or any other fees incurred for exporting product from the U.S.A.(if any) to the destination country are the expense of the customer and will be paid by the customer in their country. We are not able to determine each countries cost for importing goods from the United States. Therefore we can only charge you for the shipping transportation cost. All other importing costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Orders are shipped FOB:New York. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once it leaves our office.

Please do not use or copy our products, color combinations, Company Name, Slogan, Artwork or any content from our website. If you see anyone copying our products or colorways, or using our Company Name, Slogan, Artwork or any content from our website, please contact us immediately. We create orginal designs with care and attention to design and color. We have noticed some larger companies copying our designs and color combinations exactly and claiming their designs are orginals. This is shameful. Please be respectful.
If you would like to order more than one of an item, it's easy. After you have selected any options such as color or size, just click the "add to cart" button and you will be brought to the shopping cart. Just type in the quantity you would like to order in the shopping cart, then click update and your new total will appear.
