About The Company

Our goal is simple - to excel in customer service and to bring you luxurious, comfortable, beautiful and elegant nightgowns, robes, pajamas, chemises, sleep pants and other nightwear that will help you make at home time a special occasion. We design each item with luxury, comfort, beauty and elegance in mind.

I started the company back in 2004 with the goal of designing and manufacturing women's high end sleepwear to compete with the most luxurious European brands. Working in the fashion industry for over 20 years, I developed a love for beautiful fabrics, trims and workmanship. Going to Paris and Lyon to source fabrics and laces was the ultimate in luxury. They have such beautiful laces and embroideries and fabrics. My goal is to bring you the best in workmanship and those beautiful laces and fabrics that I see in France and other parts of Europe such as Italy.

For a while the dream was put on hold, but we are now working again to bring you this luxury in domestically made sleepwear using the trims and laces that we find in France, England, Switzerland and Italy sewn onto the best quality silk that we can source.

This love of silk and lace sleepwear began at an early age when my grandmother gave me a beautiful 1940's long silk nightgown. When I wore it, I felt very beautiful and felt like a Hollywood movie star. That is my hope for you as you try our nightgowns and products.

Fabric and color can affect our mood and how we feel about ourselves. Color can cheer us up, make us happy, make us feel that the world is a more hopeful place. We strive to bring you colors that will enliven your morning and night and fabrics that will make you feel luxurious and comfortable.

We are now designing and making our own exclusive Couture and Heirloom quality Silk and Lace Sleepwear, Robes, Camis, Pjs, Nightgowns, Chemises and bridal accessories in New York. Our laces are mainly from France, with some from England, Italy and around the world. All of our laces are of the highest quality and details that we find. Our silk is exceptionally high quality Silk Charmeuse and Silk Chiffon. And our workmanship is of couture/heirloom quality.

Each season we will be adding more products to our assortment so you can have a variety of styles to help you achieve a rich, enjoyable, and pampoured home life that feels like a special occasion. Easy Refund and Exchange Policies:

We want you to be happy with our products so we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price minus shipping and handling of in stock items.

Simply return the item to us, in the original condition received (including product tags and packaging), and we will gladly give you a refund once the item is received at our warehouse in the original condition as it was shipped. Please be sure to insure your returned item while in transit with the shipping carrier. Returned items must be received by us within 30 days of the order date. (For Holiday gifts, gift purchases made between 11/20 and 12/25 are returnable/exchangeable through 1/10.)

Any clothing items must be neatly folded and unwashed and unworn (except for trying it on), and must have all tags still attached. Please return it in the clear plastic bag that it arrives in including a copy of the packing slip/invoice. Please indicate on the packing slip if you would like an exchange or a refund.

If a clothing product is returned without tags, or has been worn (except for trying it on), it can not be exchanged or refunded. Customer will be contacted and product will only be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Because custom made and made to measure items are made to your specifications, returns are not accepted on these items.

For Food or Beauty Items

Food, Beauty, or Bath items must be returned within 15 days of receipt including all packaging, labels, etc.

Chocolates must always be kept in a cool place.

Between March 15th and October 15th, food items must be returned via overnight shipping in a cool pac and must not be shipped so that they will be in transit over the weekend.



Damaged Merchandise

Claims for any merchandise received damaged in transit must be reported to Pampour Customer Service within 3 days of receipt so claim can be filed with carrier.



Refunds

The method of payment used for the original purchase will be credited.

Please note that although we promptly process returns, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for you to see the credit for your purchase (less shipping/handling cost) on your credit card bill.



Shipping Information:

In stock items will be shipped within 2 days unless otherwise specified. We usually try to ship within 24 hours. Please email us with any special shipping requests, we will try to accommodate as much as possible.

International orders are FOB New York Office, once the item ships from our Offices ownership transfers to the customer.

Product shipping is calculated based on a charge per dollar amount, destination, and weight as heavier items cost much more to ship.

Rush Orders and Special Orders

We are happy to help our customers with rush orders and special orders. However due to the increased time and attention dedicated to these special requests, the following rules apply.

All "Rush Orders" and "Special Orders" will incur a non-refundable $25 handling charge. Returned "Rush Orders" that are returned according to our general return policy will incur a 50% restocking fee. Special orders are considered a final sale and therefore cannot be returned.



Promotions and Private Sales

If you have a coupon, please enter it at checkout. The box is at the bottom of the first checkout page just below where you enter your zip code and indicate the method of shipping.

Please understand that percent off coupons can not apply to sale merchandise or gift certificates unless otherwise specified.



U.S. Taxes

We are required by law to charge New York sales tax to New York customers on all clothing and shoes costing $110.00 or more and on all non-clothing items.



International Orders

We will ship internationally where possible. However, please note that any taxes, duties, brokerage fees or any other fees incurred for exporting product from the U.S.A.(if any) to the destination country are the expense of the customer and will be paid by the customer in their country. We are not able to determine each countries cost for importing goods from the United States. Therefore we can only charge you for the shipping transportation cost. All other importing costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please call or email us with ANY questions or concerns. We strive to send you only the best products, so we want to know if you are not satisfied with any product. Please let us know, so we can make any necessary corrections. We would also like to know what you think of our website,(is it easy to use?, etc). And, if there are any other products that you would like us to carry or if you have any suggestions regarding our current products, please let us know that too.

We are committed to donate at least 10% of our profits to worthy non-profit organizations.
